Refund Policy

At Salted Wellness, we take pride in the quality of our magnesium products and want every customer to have a positive experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.

Refund & Return Conditions

You may return your order for a refund of the product value under the following conditions. Please note that refunds are issued for the product amount only.

  1. Purchase Source
    The product must have been purchased directly from Salted Wellness. We cannot issue refunds for Salted Wellness products purchased through third-party sellers or other platforms.

  2. Product Condition & Hygiene Policy
    To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

  3. Return Request Timeline
    Return requests must be made within 15 days from the date the order was placed. To initiate a return, please notify us in writing by emailing info@saltedwellness.in or by calling +91 8097732852. If we are not notified within this period, Salted Wellness will not be liable to process a refund.

  4. Product Condition for Return
    Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original saleable condition.

All returned goods must be sent to the address provided below before a refund can be processed.

Please include your name, along with the original order number, this will allow us to process your refund quickly.

The Salted Wellness team will refund your order if only there’s a mix up.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

** Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
