Refund Policy

We take pride in our magnesium products and would love for you to experience the benefits too. If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so.

You could return your order back to us for a refund (excluding postage) under the following conditions:

1. That you purchased the goods directly from Salted Wellness. We cannot issue refunds for Salted Wellness products not purchased through Salted Wellness directly.

2. The goods are returned within 15 days from the date your order was placed. Notification of a return must be communicated in writing to info@saltedwellness.in or calling +91 8097732852. If you fail to notify us of your intent to return an item within 15 days, Salted Wellness are under no liability to process a refund.

3. The goods are unopened, unused and in a saleable condition.

All goods must be returned to the address below before a refund can be processed.

Please include your name, along with the original order number, this will allow us to process your refund quickly.

The Salted Wellness team will refund your order if only there’s a mix up.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

** Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 7 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
